<p dir="auto">◎產前運動：可以訓練骨盆肌收放及練習調節呼吸，為生產做準備，可以讓生產過程更加順利。</p>

<p dir="auto">◎待產定期排尿：建議媽咪們待產過程中至少每2小時可以去廁所，以防膀胱過漲，胎頭下降及影響生產過程的進展。</p>
<p dir="auto"><span class="html-span xexx8yu x4uap5 x18d9i69 xkhd6sd x1hl2dhg x16tdsg8 x1vvkbs x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xat24cr xgzva0m xhhsvwb xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od">◎</span>待產前時刻注意產兆出現：要時刻注意身體是否有產兆出現，有落紅、陣痛及破水等現象發生，需馬上入院待產，如果身體持續 沒有產兆，也需要在生產前一天入住喔。</p>

<p dir="auto">◎產後常換洗內外衣褲&amp;衛生棉：需要常換洗內外衣褲、衛生棉，媽咪產後會有惡露所以衛生棉必須準備，免洗褲可視情況使用，這樣住院期間也可以減少媽咪手洗內褲的麻煩。</p>
<p dir="auto"><span class="html-span xexx8yu x4uap5 x18d9i69 xkhd6sd x1hl2dhg x16tdsg8 x1vvkbs x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xat24cr xgzva0m xhhsvwb xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od">◎</span>產後多補充水分&amp;飲食清淡：產後會建議多補充水分；飲食清淡，因為自然產剛生完寶寶腸胃比較虛弱，產後第一餐可以先從清淡及好消化的食物開始，避免造成腸胃負擔出現疼痛的情形。</p>
<p dir="auto">如過是剖腹產的話無痛分娩媽咪在生產時進行麻醉，會減低腸胃蠕動速度，與自然產相比第一餐需要從容易消化、沒有刺激性的食物開始。</p>
<p dir="auto"><span class="html-span xexx8yu x4uap5 x18d9i69 xkhd6sd x1hl2dhg x16tdsg8 x1vvkbs x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xat24cr xgzva0m xhhsvwb xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od">◎</span>產後乳房保健：餵奶時間建議不要過長且哺乳姿勢要正確，經常按摩，不要快速斷奶 ，多吃蛋白質膠質食物。</p>
