<div dir="auto">◎餵母乳的媽咪要避免的食物 ~ 如：會抑制乳汁分泌及屬性寒涼食物(屬於會退奶的食物)–大麥芽、人參、九層塔、薏仁，還有冰品…等食物。</div>

<div dir="auto">◎媽咪餵哺乳期間儘量別挑食 ~ 這樣才能提高乳汁的質量，對小Baby的生長發育有益喔。</div>

<div dir="auto">◎少吃或避免吃食性為燥熱的食物 ~ 如：大蒜、韭菜、茴香等，因這些食品較容易上火，易造成母體內熱，進而影響小Baby。</div>

<div dir="auto">◎刺激性的食物皆不宜 ~ 產後飲食宜清淡，不要吃那些刺激性及味道濃郁的食品 – 如：辣椒及辛辣的調味料、咖啡、酒、酸醋，可能會改變母乳的味道。(還有不要抽香煙等)</div>

<div dir="auto">◎油炸與脂肪高的食物 ~ 因可能易含大量飽和脂肪和反式脂肪較容易造成塞奶，如：油炸食物、洋芋片、薯條、鳳梨酥、焗烤、起酥麵包、可頌…等，像這類食物不容易消化，而且熱量偏高，應酌量攝取。</div>

<div dir="auto">◎不宜喝高脂肪的濃湯 ~ 因易影響媽咪食慾，亦會增加乳汁的脂肪含量，且有的小Baby新生兒，不能耐受和吸收這種高脂肪的乳汁，就會引起腹瀉，如麻辣鍋…等。</div>

<div dir="auto">◎哺乳期間不要食用過量的味精及加工食品含有較多的鈉、磷及人工添加物，除了會增加媽咪與小Baby的腎臟負擔，也不要吃含有防腐劑的食品或飲料等。因加工過程營養素易流失，也降低食物的營養價值。還有醃製的魚、肉類食物。</div>

<div dir="auto">◎在哺乳期間不可多吃巧克力與咖啡、茶、可樂&#8230;等，因含有咖啡因，媽咪攝取的咖啡因可能會出現在母乳中，而小Baby喝了含咖啡因的母乳後可能會出現吵鬧、不易入睡的問題。</div>
